Tripoli, 26 February 2014:

The Higher National Elections Commission (HNEC) has released preliminary . . .[restrict]results from Thursday’s elections for 10 constituencies across the country, a total of 39 seats.

Releasing the results over the last two days in sub constituencies where between 75 to 94 percent of votes have been counted, potential winners have appeared. In others, however, where as few as ten votes separate the front runners votes will have to be counted in full before a winner can be declared.
