Benghazi, 19 April 2015:
A man accused or theft has had his hand cut off following a Sharia court . . .[restrict]judgment in Derna.
The man, who has not been named, was accused of stealing gold from a local resident’s home. The sentence was carried out at Derna’s Ateeq Mosque, the town’s oldest after Friday prayers in front of a large crowd.
