Tripoli, 31 May:
Two passengers on a bus travelling from Ghadames on Thursday were seized when it was attacked by unknown armed . . .[restrict]men assailants. They were taken when it made a stop at Derj. The bus was heading to Tripoli.
According to Ghadames local council spokesman Yacoub Saqr, the fate of the abductees is still unknown.
Displaced Tuareg in the area said they had contacted a Zintan brigade based at nearby Awaal to find out details of the incident and whether there was a Tuareg link to it. [/restrict]
