Benghazi, 15 December:
Unknown assailants shot dead the head the Traghen Local Council, Abdul Kader Ali Milad, and wounded two . . .[restrict]members of his family outside his home today.
The attack took place this afternoon in Traghen, and a source in nearby Murzuk confirmed that Milad was killed around 4pm.
It is not yet known who carried out the attack on Milad, who was a lawyer from Sebha.
