The Max Planck Institute under the auspices of the GNC and in collaboration with the Universities of . . .[restrict]Benghazi and Tripoli organized a two-day seminar on constitution-making at the Radisson Mahary hotel from 17-18 December.
The seminar dealt with procedural aspects of constitution-making and the establishment of a legitimate drafting body, the organization of the state and system of government, fundamental rights and constitutional justice. [/restrict]
