Tripoli, 14 April 2013:

A workshop training students to have a better understanding of English speakers from other cultures has been held . . .[restrict]in Tripoli.

Organised by the English Teachers’ Forum, the aim of the training was to develop cultural fluency, so students could enhance their communication skills and reduce intercultural misunderstandings.

The course, held at Manarat Libya on 13 April, was to help interpret what people say by developing notions of “world-views and cultural assumptions.” [/restrict]
