Tripoli, 19 April 2013:

The Libyan Government decided to include a Military Attaché in the Libyan Mission to the Arab League in . . .[restrict]Cairo.

The spokesman for the Ministry of Defense, Adel Barasi, said in a press statement on Wednesday that Defense Minister Mohamed Barghati had issued a resolution, No. 130 of 2013, with which Air Commodore Faraj Muftah Abu-Nasirh had been appointed to the post.
