Disbarment ruling overturned

Tripoli, 26 October 2013:

The Third Administrative Court of Tripoli’s Court of Appeal has overturned decision No. 382 of 2013 issued by . . .[restrict]the Politican Isolation Law Standards Commission on 22 April  disbarring the head of the Audit Bureau branch at Jmail, Ragdoleen and Zultan, Khalifa Abdel-Salam Kaal.

Rulings by the Commission are not final and those affected can appeal to the courts to reverse them at the Appeals Court and against at the Supreme Court. [/restrict]
