Tripoli, 20 January 2014:

The Ministry of Oil announced that oil production up to 18 January averaged  581,657 bpd, slightly . . .[restrict]up on the 8 January figure of 569,135 bpd.

Gas production was 1,849.6 million cubic feet, also slightly up on the 8 January figure of 1,804.7 mcf.

Libyan oil production had returned to 1.5 million bpd after the February 17th Revolution, but was cut drastically in the summer of 2013 by various industrial and political demonstrations and blockades, including the continuing blockade of the eastern oil ports by the federalist Ibrahim Jadran.
