Tripoli, 26 November 2014:
A large explosion rocked central Sirte early this morning extensively damaging offices but causing no casualties. Windows . . .[restrict]and doors of houses some distance from the blast were said to have been shaken.
The explosion, which sources said had been caused by a “Gelatina” bomb wrecked the local LTT bureau, as well as the post office and adjoining court offices. The detonation is reported to have happened at around 1 a.m. this morning.
