Malta, 11 February 2015:
Tobruk’s , Hariga port has reopened according to the NOC.
The port was closed on Saturday . . .[restrict]morning by striking Petroleum Facilities Guards (PFG) who had complained that they had not been paid.
The NOC further stated that the port was expecting a cargo ship carrying petrol. [/restrict]
