Benghazi, 1 December 2015

An all-day curfew was imposed on the  Benghazi district of Tipolino this morning . . .[restrict]as the army sought out a terrorist rocket launcher that has been firing at random into the city since Sunday, today killing three people including a child and injuring 11.

The young girl, was one of the two killed when a rocket slammed into a house in Benina, injuring eight other people. The other fatality was in Hey Al-Salam where three people were also injured, one of them seriously.

While security was notably tighter throughout the city today with army and police on the streets in numbers, the coastal Tipolino area in the west was shut down completely.
