The Libyan Presidency Council headed by prime minister-designate Faiez Serraj has arrived in Tripoli.
They left Tunisia . . .[restrict]by boat and arrived at Tripoli’s Bu Sitta naval base on board a Libyan ship today lunchtime.
Presidency Council media sources refuted claims that they arrived on a foreign ship. There are unconfirmed claims that foreign security were accompanying them. [/restrict]
