Coronavirus cases in Libya: Three new cases in Benghazi and a total of eight recovered

London, 10 April 2020:

The Tripoli-headquartered National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced yesterday that Benghazi reported three new cases of Coronavirus cases, bringing the country’s total to 24. It also announced on Wednesday that a total of eight patients had recovered.

The NCDC said that the three new Benghazi cases were people who had come into contact with one of the existing known patients.

On another note, the NCDC reported that there are a total of 31 Coronavirus cases and 2 deaths of Libyan nationals in the UK.
