Libyan Prime Minister Abd Alhamid Aldabaiba, approved at last week’s cabinet meeting the implementation of ten quick-build lecture halls to be constructed as quickly as possible for Benghazi University.
The university reported that there is an urgent need for the university to accommodate the huge numbers of college students, after the university’s buildings and lecture halls were vandalized and destroyed during the conflicts.
