Government to establish reconstruction funds for war damaged areas

Reconstruction funds are to be created for war damaged areas including Benghazi which was visited by a government delegation last week (Photo: GNU).

London, 1 May 2021:  

The Libyan government announced last week during its cabinet meeting that it is to establish reconstruction funds for the war destroyed cities of Benghazi, Sirte, Derna, Murzug as well as south Tripoli.

No further details were provided.
