London, 9 August 2021:

A German delegation visited Benghazi Oncology Centre last Thursday accompanying Libya’s Health Minister Ali Zanati, the Libyan Health Ministry reported last week. The Minister was touring several health facilities in the city.

The Ministry reported that the German delegation was there to assess the health situation and determine the centre’s needs.

The visit of the German delegation also aims to benefit Libya from German companies in the localization of treatment, and the possibility of establishing hospitals and operating and managing some hospitals in Libya, including Benghazi hospitals.
