LBC signs MoU with Export Promotion Centre

London, 13 September 2021:

A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Libyan Business Council (LBC) and the Libyan Export Promotion Centre (LEPC). The MoU was signed by the head of the LBC Abdulla Fellah and the Director General of the LEPC Mohamed Al-Deeb, as part of the activities of the launch event of the LBC’s digital business platform: Almenasa.

The terms of the memorandum included agreement on:

  • Providing and exchanging information on national products and commodities that can be exported and promoting them through the LBC’s digital business platform and working to spread the culture of export through panel discussions, awareness lectures and specialized workshops.
  • Cooperation in the implementation of training programmes necessary to prepare Libyans specialized in the field of export, organizing missions of Libyan businessmen, and holding bilateral meetings with foreign importers to open global markets to Libyan products.
