It can also be used when traveling by granting passengers approved certificates with a special QR code and helps avoid forgery of vaccination cards.

It will be recalled that the NCDC had launched the Tahseen electronic anti-Coronavirus vaccination certificate on 16 November.

The new app is launched by the NCDC in cooperation with the Libya Telecom and Technology Company (LTT) and the Statistics and Information Office.
