China’s Huawei made a technical presentation to the Misrata Free Zone last Thursday on electronic gates. The presentation was part the MFZ’s wider efforts to develop its communications and information technology infrastructure.

During the presentation meeting, networking systems, providing advanced solutions in the field of communications, data and information centres, developing systems for entry and exit, examination and control of trucks, transportation, tracking shipments, containers and goods, preserving information and data, reviewing development and training opportunities, and expanding the horizons of joint cooperation, were discussed.
