The establishment of incubators and innovation and leadership centres in Libyan universities was the topic of discussion last Wednesday between the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Saleh Al-Ghoul during his visit to the National Program for Small and Medium Enterprises (Libya Enterprise) in Tripoli.

The Undersecretary was hosted by the head of the National Program for Small and Medium Enterprises, Abdel Nasser Abouzakieh and the Director of the Technology Incubator, Ramadan Al-Marhag, and several programme directors.

During the meeting, a visual presentation on the technology incubator was presented, as well as ways of cooperation between the National Program for Small and Medium Enterprises and the Ministry of Higher Education were discussed.
