China’s (Zhejiang) Dahua Technologies company, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of security equipment, and its Libya distributor, Renewed Horizon Company, held a workshop on ‘‘Smart Airports Solutions’’ for Libya’s Airports Authority which ended on 23 February.

The Airports Authority reported that the workshop was conducted in coordination with the Communications and Informatics Department of its Supplies and Equipment Department.

The activities of the workshop continued for two consecutive days in the presence of several specialized engineers affiliated with the Airports Authority and its affiliated airports.

The workshop discussion focused on presenting the latest technologies in the field of closed-circuit television systems using artificial intelligence, which helps in reducing threats and security breaches.

It will be recalled that China’s (Zhejiang) Dahua Technologies company made a presentation of its security and control products to Libya’s Airports Authority at the latter’s Tripoli headquarters earlier this month.
