Starting Salaries: 26 061 LYD per year (plus benefits)
Summary of duties:
Administrative Assistant: The Common Services Administrative Assistant (CSA) provides daily administrative support and services; provides and creates information and/or documentation; provides support for ongoing program activities; responds to service requests from clientele and performs other duties as required.
Trade Assistant: Reporting to the head of the International Business Development (IBD) program, this position provides administrative services to two IBD officers as well as providing administrative services to the Ambassador in the absence of his administrative assistant.
Requirements: The ideal applicants must have a College Diploma or equivalent; fluency in English and Arabic languages (read, write and speak); and a minimum 3 years of recent experience working in an office environment in an operational capacity.
